OUR CURRICULUM

Students study the national curriculum of CBSE from grades 6 to 12. The school follows the three language formula till grade 8 and offer English, Hindi and Sanskrit. In grades 9 students study English and pick the second language from amongst Hindi and Sanskrit.

THE MIDDLE SCHOOL

Life really comes alive with this vivacious and intelligent group of young teens, belonging to Grades VI, VII and VIII, who are exposed to a host of new experiences and activities, which help them establish their own identities and personalities.

Stepping into the Middle School, our students are ready to face more challenges and do an in-depth study in all subjects. General Science is split into Physics, Chemistry and Biology and Social Science specializes as History- Civics and Geography. English, Hindi, Sanskrit and Computer Science continue to remain as part of the curriculum.

Students begin participating in inter-house and inter-school activities, and choose from a variety of extra-curricular activities and classes offered by the school.

The High School also provides training to enhance communication skills and encourages students to participate in a wide range of inter-house and inter-school competitions in cultural and sporting activities. Innovative and interactive workshops are conducted on issues related to adolescence. Career Counselling also forms an integral part at this level. Keeping in mind the shifting trends of education, we offer a curriculum, which emphasizes activity oriented teaching and creates opportunities for the children to observe, explore, analyze and conclude thus making them independent learners. Co-curricular activities complement and enhance the academic structure of the school. The School follows the CBSE curriculum and students use the NCERT textbooks. Hands on education, student-centric learning methodology, skill-based learning, are some of the concepts that we have adopted to enrich academics. Grade IX is a preparing ground for students to take off to the tenth standard where they will face their first significant Board examination. The subjects include English, Science, Social Studies, Mathematics, Sanskrit / Hindi. Yoga and Work Education are part of the curriculum.
